Salus Property has deep and broad experience in investment realisation, through both individual and portfolio acquisitions or divestments. Our team has managed transactions from below $10 million to above $150 million and specialises in deal structuring and successful completion.

Advise & Manage
Salus Property completed feasibility studies and a planning assessment on a residential development opportunity for a private landowner in NSW. We were subsequently engaged to manage the approval and construction processes, seeking and achieving rezoning, development approval and are now nearing construction completion of 10 dwellings. Project GRV $15 million.
Advise
Salus Property provided advice to a new market entrant on their potential investment into a $100 million retirement living portfolio in Victoria. This advice covered a sector background, market profiles, asset specific risks and financial analysis to inform their decision.
Advise, Manage & Realise
Our team prepared a mixed portfolio of occupied and vacant office and development assets for sale in the ACT with a combined value of more than $120 million. This process first required an analysis of which assets in the portfolio did not meet the future needs of the landowner and subsequently a rezoning, leasing or subdivision of those assets prior to sale to maximise their value. The portfolio was successfully divested in one campaign to multiple purchasers.
Manage
Salus Property is development and project manager for a large 220 lot subdivision in NSW on behalf of a private landowner. Salus provides the planning, sales, marketing and construction management support to the landowner to enable the land's optimal value to be realised. Project GRV $100 million
